At iNile, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our launch campaign and the limited quantity of devices offered, please review the following refund terms:
All orders placed during the launch campaign are considered final and non-refundable, except in the event of:
Orders cannot be canceled after payment is confirmed, as stock is allocated and reserved per user.
If shipping is delayed significantly beyond the stated delivery window, customers may be eligible for a full refund upon request.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective upon delivery. Devices must be unopened and in original packaging.
