Refund Policy

iNile Refund Policy

At iNile, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our launch campaign and the limited quantity of devices offered, please review the following refund terms:

1. Pre-Launch Orders

All orders placed during the launch campaign are considered final and non-refundable, except in the event of:

  • Product not being delivered after the campaign ends.
  • Product arrives damaged or defective (subject to inspection).

2. Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after payment is confirmed, as stock is allocated and reserved per user.

3. Delivery Delays

If shipping is delayed significantly beyond the stated delivery window, customers may be eligible for a full refund upon request.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective upon delivery. Devices must be unopened and in original packaging.

5. Contact Support

To request a refund (when eligible), contact us at: support@inile.io within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
